Absolutely! Our program supports parents at every stage—whether you're dealing with toddler tantrums or teenage challenges.
For newborns, you'll learn how early experiences shape development at 3, 7, 10, and beyond. Each stage builds on the last, so what you do early on impacts your child later.
For teens, understanding how their early years and your parenting have influenced them can help you address areas that may need attention and build from there.
2. I’m pregnant, is this the right time to enroll in the program?
Pregnancy is one of the best times to start. We say, it’s never too early. Beginning now reduces stress and uncertainty, builds confidence, and helps you parent with clarity from day one. Many parents also uncover powerful growth opportunities, like managing emotions or healing past wounds, so they can lead by example and raise resilient, thriving children.
You are not alone. Parents, are among the groups most affected by stress-related mental ill health, taking some of the highest rates of sick leave in the workforce. Research shows that when parents and caregivers feel confident, supported, and equipped with the right tools, they do not only nurture their children, they nurture themselves. This program helps reduce stress, build confidence, and bring more clarity, connection, and joy to your parenting journey.
Our mission is for you to feel empowered to give the best of yourself—to yourself, your children, to your work, and to the world.
The programme takes about 8 weeks. We recommend setting aside approximately 1.5 hours per week to fully engage with the content. As for implementing what you learn? That’s a lifelong journey! 😊

6. Am I supposed to use the Manual of Thriving Children and Families with my children?
The Manual is designed for the whole family—parents, caregivers, and children. As your child grows, we encourage you to involve them. This might mean choosing brain-boosting activities for your toddler, exploring values and boundaries with your preteen, or working through emotional intelligence, life skills, and mindset tools with your teen.
It also helps caregivers align their vision—reducing conflict, creating clarity, and strengthening the team spirit at home. Instead of debating who is right or wrong, you’ll be guided by shared principles and practical tools.
Think of the Manual as your trusted parenting companion. You know your child best, so use it creatively.
